KCI has the estimating and project depth to react proactively to all challenges. Our computerized in-house systems allow for reliable conceptual budgets, complete and accurate estimates, in-depth CPM project schedules and complete cost accountability.

Services Oriented
KCI employees are hired because of their ability to serve our clients. This includes the entire team: carpenters, support staff, superintendents, project managers and management.

Hands-on Management
The management team – Mike Kimmel, President and Bob Stevens, Vice President lead by example through active involvement and the establishment of exceptional techniques for communication, responsiveness and proactive problem solving.
