1ROSEVILLE MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING
Location: Roseville, CA
Size: 76,000 sf
Architect: Williams and Paddon
Medical office building located adjacent to the Sutter Roseville Hospital and connected to the hospital by an enclosed breezeway. KCI built the steel framed office structure to support a cost efficient EIFS shell made of weatherproof polymer stucco and foam insulation. The two story high wall panels were manufactured offsite in a factory at the same time the steel was being fabricated and erected.

2OROVILLE HOSPITAL
Location: Oroville, CA
Size: 27,096 sf
Architect: HGA Architecture
Two year project consisting of three phases: state-of-the-art radiology and clinical laboratory departments; new entrance to the hospital and Admitting-Registration area; and a two-hour separation wall through the center of a fully operational hospital.

GALT CLINIC
Location: Galt, CA
Size: 7,500 sf
Architect: Vitiello & Associates
The Clinic was designed to provide the local rural population with medical services including Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, Physical Therapy, Radiology, OB/GYN and home health equipment sales and was constructed under the original estimates used for budgeting.

4ROSEVILLE HOSPITAL MATERNAL SERVICES EXPANSION
Location: Roseville, CA
Size: 7,782 sf
Architect: Stephen Short & Associates
Phased construction while maintaining delivery and patient care hospital services. Project included new prenatal, nursery, delivery, nurse’s station, medical gases and patient and birthing rooms.

5SUTTER DIALYSIS CLINIC
Location: Sacramento, CA
Size: 4,029 sf
Architect: Stephen Short & Associates
Project was very detailed with a compressed time frame for design and construction. It was very ornately finished with wall coverings, mipolam floor and finish trims.

6SUTTER/BMC PSYCHIATRIC CARE FACILITY
Location: Sacramento, CA
Size: 36,515 sf
Architect: Kaplan, McLaughlin, Diaz
39 bed psychiatric facility including patient rooms, nurses’ stations, therapy, counseling and administrative areas, complete commercial kitchen and recreational facility. Project is wood frame construction, built to DSA and OSHPD standards. This project won the Pacific Coast Builders Gold Nugget-Best in West award for the Best Office/Professional Building category and the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, Best Medical Office award.

7BLACKHAWK MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING
Location: Danville, CA
Size: 24,000 sf
Architect: The Dahlin Group, Inc.
Wood frame medical building with structural steel columns and beams and cement stucco exterior, incorporating architectural wall fenestration and pre-cast concrete columns.

8MERCY SAN JUAN HOSPITAL CATHETERIZATION LABORATORY ADDITION
Location: Carmichael, CA
Size: 8,000 sf
Architect: James Lawson Pirdy, AIA
New two story structural concrete addition for catheterization laboratory including separate entrance for new facility.

9METHODIST HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM EXPANSION
Location: Sacramento, CA
Size: 4,000 sf
Architect: Seracuse, Lawler & Partners
Pre-construction services including budgeting, scheduling and phasing plan. Construction of a new emergency room addition and remodeling of the existing emergency room, while maintaining services and operation. Project included a new ambulance entrance and parking area as well as a new entrance to the emergency room.

10FEATHER RIVER TRIBAL HEALTH CENTER
Location: Oroville, CA
Size: 37,674 sf
Architect: NTD Architects
Designed to achieve the look of a Native American Round House consisting of four distinct wings with a central courtyard 80 feet in diameter, the facility houses a wide variety of community services including medical, dental, wellness/nutrition, behavioral health and a pharmacy. The Center landscaping incorporated riparian theme trees, water features, grassy amphitheater seating, a fire pit, hieroglyphic images, and a herb/medicine garden for a more holistic/native approach to medicine.
